- Introduced many new policy during his first 100 days, having a focus on banking.
- Introduces the "New Deal,"
- He is the longest serving American president (4 terms)
- 13 Million unemployed when elected.
- Infantile paralysis plague him throughout his life. He used a wheelchair because he could not walk.
- Dies in 1945, before the conclusion of WWII.
